three pace tiers — pick the one that fits today
warming up (gentle) — 3 to 5 nudges per day
a gentle tap on the shoulder. easing into the habit. example day: 10 squats at 10:14, 30s plank at 13:30, 10 pushups at 15:50.
ready for it (default) — 5 to 8 nudges per day
the sweet spot. most people pick this and stay here. example day: 10 squats, 30s plank, 10 pushups, 15 sit-ups, 20 jumping jacks, 10 lunges.
athlete (strong) — 10 to 15 nudges per day
you actually want this. more often, same tiny reps. example day: 10 pushups, 30s plank, 10 squats, 30s wall sit, 20 jumping jacks, 15 sit-ups, 10 lunges, 30s stretch, 10 desk pushups, 10 shoulder rolls.
each tier is a range, not a target. nudgi picks fresh each morning — tuesday might be six, friday might be four. you'll never see the number, just feel the rhythm.

frequently asked questions
does it work on macs without a notch?
yes. on macs without a notch (intel, external displays, lid closed), nudges appear as a small floating pill at the top of the screen. same shape, same feel.
why no streaks reset?
because the moment a streak becomes precious, missing one becomes painful. nudgi shows streaks when you have them — but breaking one isn't a punishment, just a number going back to 1.
can i add my own exercises?
not yet. v1 ships with 10 simple bodyweight exercises. custom ones are coming once we figure out a way that doesn't accidentally turn nudgi into a workout planner.
what if i'm in a meeting?
connect your calendar in onboarding (or settings later). nudgi reads it locally and skips meetings, plus 5 minutes before and after.
windows? linux? iphone?
not in v1. nudgi is a love letter to the macbook notch — that's its whole reason for being.
why "buy me a coffee" and not a price?
because nudgi is a side project from the getunbroken.app team. we want it to be useful for everyone, not gated.
